Fall 2025 Dean's and President's List Recognition Event
Join us February 7, 2026 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM CST for very special and historic Dean's and President's List recognition events!
We're partnering with TXST Athletics to celebrate our Honorees with a complimentary guest ticket to support the Bobcats against Western Michigan. As a President's List student, you'll enjoy:
- A chance to meet and take photos with your dean and/or the university president
- Special halftime recognition
- Your name featured on the big screen
- A photo opportunity with Boko
- And more surprises to celebrate your achievement
If you were named to the Dean's or President's list in fall 2025 and are a currently enrolled student, you can RSVP for the event on NavigateTXST.

Where can I park for the Dean’s List Recognition event?
You can park in any of the following lots near the Jowers Center (106 Charles Austin Drive):
- Lot P8 – Commonly designated for event parking
- Lot P9 – Offers easy access to the stadium side of campus
We recommend arriving early and making plans to walk from your parking spot to the event. Comfortable shoes and a little extra time will go a long way!

Where do I enter?
You'll enter the Jowers Center from the parking lot side. You'll find an entrance to the left of the main UEC entrance that will get you in the right area. See the maps page for more information, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

How do I check-in?
You'll see QR codes when you enter the Dean's List space in Jowers Auditorium. If you're on the Dean's List, you scan those to check in.
President's List students do not have to check in to the Dean's List event, but will need to check in when they move the President's List space in the rear concourse of the UEC.

What can I expect?
The recognition events themselves are a meet and greet photo opportunity with your college dean and/or the university president, depending on which list you were named to. When you enter the event space, you'll find your college's area and get in line with other honorees and any guests you've brought along.
Boko will be roaming around and the pre-game activities for the basketball game will be happening, so once you've met your dean, you can continue to mingle and snap photos, head to the game, or exit to beautiful Sewel Park. -
What will be given out during the event?
This varies from college to college. Some colleges hand out certificates, t-shirts, or other celebratory give away items. Others just want the opportunity to meet and hear from their high achieving students.
President's List students will be able to pick up a 4.0 pin on their way to meeting with the president or the game.
