This session investigates the idea that resilience is purely an individual trait by looking at the social and environmental variables that support people developing and leveraging resilience as they bounce back from adversities. We'll explore resilience as a powerful social asset and discuss how we can support each other in our quest to improve our communities as well as ourselves.
This presentation provides an in-depth overview of the Bobcats Bounce Back (B3) program, designed to support students overcoming academic challenges. Attendees will learn about the program's key components, including personalized strategies for success, the unique B3 approach of "Bring to Light, Balance, Build," and the resources available to aid students in their journey. The session also highlights inspiring stories of resilience and practical tips for making the most of the B3 support network.
